Question Answer Relationship
This is a strategy that will help you answer questions about things you read. It will help you to recognize when the answer is in the text and when you will need to use your own mind and knowledge. There are 4 types of questions that you can encounter in all your assignments.
1. Right There (RT): The answer will be found in one sentence/place in the text.
2. Think and Search (TAS): The answer will be scattered throughout the text in multiple sentences. You will have to search through it and think about bringing your answer together.
3. Author and ME (AAM): The answer will combine information that the Author has given you and your own ideas or knowledge.
4. On My Own (OMO): The answer will come from your own ideas and knowledge on the topic.
